After the success of our first workshop, which was a half-day retreat, we're running another one, this time for a full day. Come and get the tools you need to help you live with more balance, self-awareness, harmony and happiness.
Join us for a morning of body mindfulness tools through seasonal yoga with Laura Wills, followed by an afternoon of self-awareness and life-design coaching with Lucy Vignola.
This will be a nourishing and supportive journey into understanding what ways of being bring out the best in you, and what tools you need in your kit to live your life fully and in balance.
Our venue is still to be confirmed, but will be somewhere in the Petersfield area.
