The Programme - What to Expect

We'll work together for six one hour sessions over Skype.  You'll have worksheets to complete in between sessions, which we'll review at the start of each session.  I'm also always on the end of an email.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you've paid for your programme, I send you a link to our shared Dropbox folder (you don't need a Dropbox account to access this) which contains all your session notes, audio instructions and your worksheets.

Worksheets are completed ahead of each session after listening to the audio instructions.  You save your completed worksheets for me to access ahead of our session, I then coach you through your answers in the session, where we work together to get to the heart of what you want to say.  I also send you a recording of each session once we're done, for you to keep and refer back to.


Session Outlines

SESSION ONE - 'APPRECIATE THE NOW'

What do you love about your life and work right now?  What do you get up to on a regular basis that feeds your soul and makes you feel good?  What are the best bits about your job and what it offers you in terms of freedom and choices?  Living your best life starts with loving exactly where you are.

In this session we'll look at the reasons why your current choices have been right for you, and what you have working in your favour in your life and work right now.  This is a chance to take stock of all the best bits about what you do and what you love about your life right now.


SESSION TWO - 'KNOW YOURSELF'

Living your best life means having life and work be consistent with who you are, what you're naturally great at and your sense of purpose or life direction.  In this session we examine in detail your values, your strengths and your purpose or impact that you're drawn to, to start building the picture of who you are and what you need around you to be living your best, most fulfilling life.

SESSION THREE - 'LIVE & WORK IN A WAY THAT BRINGS OUT THE BEST IN YOU'

Are you living and working in an environment and to a rhythm that enables you to always give your best?  Do you feel motivated, energised and productive as you go about your day?  Is your workspace feeding your soul or cramping your style?  Does your work and life feed your soul?

In this session we'll look at who you are when you're giving your best, both at work and in your life.  We'll look at your physical space, your routines and what drives you and inspires you to get out of bed each day.  We'll go deep into how well your work is working for you, and where you've shone in the past, to look for clues as to what makes you feel alive and being your best self. 


SESSION FOUR - 'DEFINE YOUR DREAMS'

Living your best life means actively progressing your dreams and heart's desires.  To progress your dreams you need to have some!  Do you have a vision for the future you're creating?  Do you quietly hold a wish for the way you want your life to go?  Knowing what you'd daydream for is getting to know your heart's desires - the things you need and want around you to feel truly content and happy.

In this fun, light and creative session you'll be daydreaming a future life vision.  I'll ask you questions to get you thinking about how you might like your life to look in some year's time.  What's possible isn't important, this is a no-limits brainstorm, to help you get to the essence of what you want around you for your life to feel good and happy.


SESSION FIVE - 'BRIDGE THE GAPS'

If you want this life to be your best life, you're the only one who can make it happen.  Not everything will land in your lap (although some stuff might, especially if you're on the right track!).  When it doesn't, you need to cultivate your capacity to creatively work your way through tricky times.  

'Bridging gaps' is a term I use to generically describe 'finding solutions'.  Part of actively creating the life you want is in becoming a skilled bridger of gaps.  When you see a problem, or come up against an obstacle or some kind of block in your way - what do you do?  Stop and give up?  Or pause, observe, and look for a way through, so you can continue on your path?

In this session we look at where you are now, where you want to be, and what needs to happen to bridge the gaps. How can you make your life and work now more consistent with who you really are and what you really want out of life?  How can you bring more of yourself into what you do?  How do you start turning your dreams into plans?


SESSION SIX - 'ONWARD'

Our final session together is all about motivation and equipping you with the tools you need to keep moving forward as you build your best life.  I'll guide you through strategies to help you become adept at recognising and shifting your self-limiting beliefs.  We'll work together on your action plan so you can keep up the momentum you've created in our sessions, and I'll tailor your ongoing strategies and practical ideas for how to keep living and working in a way that's consistent with who you are, what you want, and what makes you shine.
